Makers, Artist, & Vendors Wanted!

We are looking for a variety of Makers, Artists, and Vendors for next year’s event. Handmade items are preferred but understand some retail items are preferred.

Note: No AI Generated Art, Literature, or Film will be allowed at the convention. Those who are discovered selling these items will be asked to leave the convention with no refund of booth fees.

  • Crochet- custom designs, custom kits, can be a variety of items: stuffies, clothing, coasters, household items. Willing to give a basic 45 minute crochet class about reading directions and basic stiches, or a more advance class with kits you provide for a fee.

  • Macrame'-jewelry, wall hangings, planters, clothing. Willing to give a 45 minute basic class- keychain, bracelets?

  • Sculpting/Pottery- handmade, Willing to give a 45 minute class either basic concepts, or making a small item with air dry clay.

  • Pearler Art- Willing to oversee a 45 minute make and take with supplies provided by the convention.

  • Cross Stich- Needlepoint/Embroidery/Cross Stich supplies, kits. Willing to oversee a 45 minute make and take with supplies provided by the convention.

  • Leatherworking- key chains, book marks, journal covers, belts, cosplay items, Willing to teach a 45 minute class with kits provided by you for a small fee.

  • Sewing/Quilting- Willing to teach a 45 minute class with kits supplied by you for a small fee. Hair accessories, quilted coasters. Pet bandanas?

  • Artists- Demos on your processes or just working at your booths, artwork sold must be your own.

  • Journaling- Custom made journals, journal supplies, journal kits, willing to oversee a 45 minute journaling workshop (supplies provided by the convention)

  • Jewelry- variety of methods, recycled or upcycled items, willing to oversee a 45 minute make and take. Kits supplied by you for a fee or the convention may be able to help with supplies

  • Woodworking/Laser Etching-

  • 3D Printing- preference will be give to original designs, no AI generated designs allowed.

Others:

  • Custom Made hats, head dresses, fairy headbands/crowns

  • Etched glassware

  • Swords/ Knives-for decorative/cosplay purposes only.

  • Handmade dice

  • Cosplay clothing and accessories

  • Makeup, custom nail art

  • Collectible Toys

  • Gaming Supplies

  • Genre related Tshirts

  • Geeky Candles

  • Shell/Nautical Art

  • Stained Glass

  • Packaged Tea/Hot Chocolate -If custom made and not curated, must have proper DHEC or Department of Agriculture Certificates

  • Not allowed any food or drink vendor that produces items that can be consumed onsite. Sorry, part of the venue's rules!
